Essential cookies and similar technologies help keep users signed in, protect sessions, remember necessary settings, prevent abuse, and support core product functionality. These technologies are required for Valibrio to operate correctly and are not controlled by the optional analytics preference.

Cookies and similar technologies are used to manage login sessions, protect creator accounts, maintain secure workspace access, and distinguish legitimate activity from abuse.

Valibrio uses PostHog for optional product analytics to understand how Valibrio is used, improve workflows, measure product performance, and diagnose technical issues. Analytics stays off unless you accept it.

When optional analytics is enabled, Valibrio can record selected product events and page navigation. For signed-in users, analytics may also be associated with account information described in our Privacy Policy. Automatic interaction capture is disabled, session recording is disabled, and the analytics configuration respects Do Not Track signals.

Analytics information may be retained for up to 24 months as described in our Privacy Policy.

When Valibrio first asks about optional analytics, you can accept or reject analytics. Your analytics preference is stored locally on your device so Valibrio can remember your choice.

You can change your choice later through Cookie settings available from Valibrio's footer. You can turn optional analytics off at any time. Turning it off stops future optional analytics collection on that device and does not affect processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.

PostHog provides Valibrio's optional product analytics. Analytics data is sent to PostHog only when the applicable analytics consent requirements have been satisfied.

Billing and subscription management are handled through Stripe, which may use its own cookies and security technologies during checkout and billing flows. Other service providers may use technologies necessary to provide their respective infrastructure, authentication, security, or service functions.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies or storage may prevent login, account access, checkout, and other important parts of Valibrio from functioning correctly.
