Terms of Service

Valibrio helps creators validate ideas, concepts, messaging, designs, prototypes, and product decisions through structured feedback workflows. Creators can build and publish validations, collect participant responses, review results, and use available analysis and export features.

Valibrio may improve, modify, add, or remove features as the service evolves. Plan features and usage limits may differ between Free and paid plans and are described on the Pricing page.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should notify Valibrio if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use another person's account without permission or create accounts for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

You retain responsibility for validation titles, descriptions, questions, options, uploaded assets, participant instructions, and other material you submit to Valibrio. You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to upload, publish, use, and share that material.

You grant Valibrio the limited rights necessary to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, process, and analyze your content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Public validation links may allow participants to submit feedback without creating a Valibrio account. As the creator of a validation, you are responsible for determining why participant information is collected and how you use the resulting feedback.

You must not use Valibrio to collect personal data unlawfully or request sensitive information that is unnecessary for your validation. Where Valibrio processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement describes the applicable processing terms.

Valibrio may use artificial intelligence to generate decision briefs, findings, patterns, summaries, confidence notes, or other analysis based on validation content and participant responses.

AI-assisted outputs are decision-support material, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by the quantity and quality of the available evidence. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own business, product, legal, financial, or other decisions.

Valibrio offers a Free plan and may offer paid plans with additional features or higher usage limits. Current plan features, limits, and prices are displayed on the Pricing page.

The current standard Pro subscription is available on monthly or annual billing. The prices displayed before checkout apply to the billing interval you select. Valibrio may change prices or plan features in the future, subject to applicable law and any notice required for existing subscriptions.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. When you purchase a Pro subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges for the billing interval selected at checkout until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

Your billing page shows your current subscription status and renewal or end date. Payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and available renewal settings are managed securely through the Stripe Billing Portal.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information current. If a payment becomes past due, Valibrio may temporarily continue Pro access while payment is being resolved, but access may later be limited or returned to the Free plan if the subscription is not successfully maintained.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through your Valibrio billing settings and the Stripe Billing Portal. Unless Stripe indicates otherwise during the cancellation flow, a subscription scheduled to cancel at the end of its current paid period remains active through that period, and Pro features remain available until the displayed end date.

After paid access ends, your workspace returns to the Free plan and the Free plan's current usage limits apply. Existing validations are not automatically deleted merely because a Pro subscription ends.

Eligible active Pro subscriptions can request a change between monthly and annual billing. Valibrio sends the requested change to Stripe, where the change and its billing consequences are shown for confirmation before completion.

Any amount, credit, timing, or other billing adjustment associated with a plan change is determined by the terms presented in the Stripe confirmation flow for that transaction.

The amount payable for a subscription is shown during checkout or an applicable billing-change flow. Any taxes or other charges that apply to a transaction will be handled as shown in the applicable checkout or billing flow.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by Valibrio, payments already made are not automatically refundable merely because you stop using the service or cancel a subscription. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If you are an eligible consumer and purchase a Pro subscription online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the initial subscription contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason, where the mandatory consumer law applicable to you provides that right.

Withdrawal is different from ordinary subscription cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal as described above. A valid withdrawal from the initial contract is handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and, under Valibrio's current policy, an eligible withdrawal made within that 14-day period receives a full reimbursement of the initial subscription payment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email legal@valibrio.com before the withdrawal period expires with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from your Pro subscription contract. Please include the email address associated with your Valibrio account so we can identify the subscription.

If you validly exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, Valibrio will reimburse the payment covered by that withdrawal without undue delay and no later than within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will ordinarily be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.

Model withdrawal notice: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Valibrio Pro subscription. Account email: [your account email]. Subscription purchase date: [date]. Name: [your name]. Date of this notice: [date]." You do not have to use this exact wording; any clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

You may not use Valibrio to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; harass, deceive, threaten, or harm others; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service; probe or bypass security or access controls without authorization; collect personal data unlawfully; or use the service for fraudulent or abusive activity.

You must not attempt to access another user's non-public workspace, validations, responses, billing information, or other restricted data without authorization.

Valibrio and its software, interface, branding, documentation, designs, and other service materials are owned by Valibrio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Valibrio service or its intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms, Valibrio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account remains authorized to do so.

Valibrio relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, database and authentication services, payments, email delivery, AI-assisted processing, and optional analytics. Those services may be subject to their own terms and availability.

Valibrio is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law and our agreements with you.

We aim to operate Valibrio reliably, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, incidents, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to develop, secure, maintain, or operate the service. Where a material change affects an existing paid service, we will handle the change in accordance with applicable law.

You may stop using Valibrio at any time and may delete your account through the available account controls, subject to any billing obligations and lawful retention requirements that remain applicable.

Valibrio may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, unlawful or abusive activity, non-payment, security risks, threats to other users or participants, or legal obligations. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will seek to provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Valibrio is a validation and decision-support service. Feedback, analytics, exports, and AI-assisted outputs do not guarantee any particular product, business, financial, legal, research, or commercial result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valibrio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Valibrio handles personal data for its own purposes. Where Valibrio acts as a processor for customer-controlled personal data, our Data Processing Agreement applies as described there.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, business, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without overriding any mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer rights or dispute remedies available to you under applicable law.
