Valibrio helps creators validate ideas, concepts, messaging, designs, prototypes, and product decisions through focused feedback workflows.

You are responsible for how you use the service, who you share validation links with, and the content you create, upload, publish, or collect through Valibrio.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Valibrio may restrict, suspend, or remove access if an account is used to abuse the service, harm participants, violate these terms, or create security or reliability risks.

You remain responsible for validation titles, descriptions, questions, options, uploaded assets, links, and other content you submit through the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, use, and share any content included in a validation.

Public validation links may be shared with participants. Participants can submit feedback without creating an account.

You are responsible for using participant feedback appropriately and for avoiding unnecessary requests for sensitive personal information.

Valibrio may provide AI-assisted summaries, patterns, confidence notes, and suggested next steps based on validation content and participant responses.

AI-assisted outputs are provided for informational support only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or limited by the available evidence. You remain responsible for final decisions.

Paid plans, checkout, invoices, payment methods, and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on the Valibrio pricing and billing pages.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you are responsible for keeping your payment details current and managing your subscription through the available billing tools.

You may not use Valibrio to collect unlawful content, harass or mislead others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

Valibrio may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

You may stop using Valibrio at any time. Valibrio may suspend or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, protect participants or other users, address security risks, or comply with legal obligations.

Valibrio is provided on an as-available basis. Validation results and AI-assisted outputs are decision-support tools and do not guarantee a particular business, product, legal, financial, or commercial outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valibrio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms may be updated as Valibrio evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
