We also collect the validation content you create, including titles, descriptions, questions, options, uploaded assets, validation status, and related workflow settings.

When participants respond to a public validation, we collect the responses they submit, which may include selections, ratings, written feedback, optional contact details, and basic attribution information such as source, medium, or campaign parameters.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Valibrio service, manage authentication, store validations, collect participant feedback, generate creator-facing results, support billing, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We may use limited analytics to understand product usage, improve the validation workflow, measure activation, and diagnose technical issues.

Participant responses

Public validation links are designed to let participants respond without creating an account. Their submitted feedback is shared with the creator who owns the validation.

Participants should not submit sensitive personal information unless the creator clearly requested it and they are comfortable sharing it.

AI-assisted summaries

Valibrio may use AI providers to generate summaries, patterns, confidence notes, and suggested next steps based on validation content and participant responses.

AI summaries are intended to support creator decision-making. They should not be treated as guaranteed conclusions or a replacement for human judgment.

Billing

Payments, checkout, invoices, and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Valibrio does not store full payment card details.

Data sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate Valibrio, including hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, payment, and AI infrastructure.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable product records.
